The wet mill is mainly made by mixing, rolling, crushing and rolling the raw materials to achieve water balance, uniform ratio, low gas content, improved molding rate and molding quality, and products molded by the machine. On the basis of the original wet mill production process, our factory upgrades its internal structure to make the equipment more efficient, energy-saving and low-carbon. Large-scale 1500 and above models of roller mills are ferrule-type. After a certain period of time, it is not necessary to change the whole milled burrs as before. It is only necessary to change the outer rims; the smashing and grinding bottoms are joined with pure white iron. Made of special wear-resistant materials for durability. The reducer uses a new generation of wet mill special reducer (WS type horizontal reducer) developed by our factory. The reducer adopts small pinion and large gear three-stage transmission ratio, which is more than traditional gear plate machine and rear bridge machine. With a large transmission ratio, the torque output is increased by 2 times, the outer casing is integrally cast, the stability is high, the work is stable, the vibration is small, the sealing is good, and there is no leakage.
