Large-scale 1500 and above models of roller mills are ferrule-type. After a certain period of time, it is not necessary to change the whole milled burrs as before. It is only necessary to change the outer rims; the smashing and grinding bottoms are joined with pure white iron. Made of special wear-resistant materials for durability. The reducer uses a new generation of wet mill special reducer (WS type horizontal reducer) developed by our factory. The reducer adopts small pinion and large gear three-stage transmission ratio, which is more than traditional gear plate machine and rear bridge machine. With a large transmission ratio, the torque output is increased by 2 times, the outer casing is integrally cast, the stability is high, the work is stable, the vibration is small, the sealing is good, and there is no leakage.
