The high frequency screen consists of a vibrator, a slurry distributor, a screen frame, a frame, a suspension spring and a screen.

The high frequency screen has high efficiency, small amplitude and high screening frequency. Different from the principle of ordinary screening equipment, due to the high frequency of the high-frequency screen, on the one hand, the tension of the slurry surface and the high-speed oscillation of the fine-grained material on the sieve surface are destroyed, and the high-density (specific gravity) useful minerals and separation are accelerated. The effect increases the probability that the material of the separated particle size is in contact with the mesh. Thereby, better separation conditions are caused, so that the material smaller than the separation particle size, especially the larger particles and the slurry, pass through the sieve to become the undersize product.
