Therefore, we need to correct the measurement of the center line of the rotary kiln. Linear recovery must be carried out on a regular basis to ensure proper operation of the rotary kiln.
  There are many methods for aligning and measuring the center line of a wet mill, such as theodolite measurement, light emission, and hanging wire method. Through these different measurement methods, once the deviation value of the kiln center line and the vertical direction is found, the center line can be corrected by adjusting the tug according to this value. The adjustment of the kiln center line is divided into horizontal deviation adjustment and vertical deviation adjustment: (1) In the case of horizontal deviation adjustment, if the center line of a certain gear wheel belt needs to move horizontally by 1 mm, it is equivalent to a pair of tugboats should be simultaneously Move 1 mm horizontally in the same direction. (2) In the case of vertical deviation adjustment, if a retaining wheel belt kiln center line needs to be raised or lowered by 1 mm, the corresponding pair of tugs should be horizontally moved 2 mm horizontally inside or outside.
    After detailed analysis, the horizontal deviation and vertical deviation of the center line of the rotary kiln are preferably adjusted once, which is most beneficial for the operation of the rotary kiln. The specific operation is as follows: Before adjusting the wet mill, first calculate the algebraic sum of the horizontal movement amount of each tug according to the movement amount of the horizontal deviation and the vertical deviation of the center line of each kiln, and then adjust the level of each tug. The location of the move. This will prevent the tug from moving repeatedly. The one-time adjustment of the wet mill is not only fast, but also very accurate. It is a very efficient adjustment.
